Hi, I’m Sion.
I’m a product builder and startup co-founder based in Nanjing, China.
I graduated from Hunan University and began my career in the games industry, working across product and operations at NetEase and Seasun Games. I later moved into software development before gradually taking on broader product and business responsibilities.
What I’m building now
Today, I’m a co-founder and the CPO of Jiuyi Technology, where I lead product strategy, user research, customer delivery, and commercialization. Much of our current work focuses on applying AI to quality management and information traceability in manufacturing.
Most of my work happens between disciplines: translating messy real-world problems into products, helping users, industry experts, and engineers understand one another, and connecting technical possibilities with business value.
Why I write
This site is where I write about technology, product, business, books, and what I learn while building. It is less a collection of answers than a record of how my thinking changes over time.
